Brief description
A rapid response review conducted by two senior executive consultants to investigate a specific problem or issue considered by the board to be in need of urgent remedy (e.g. sickness, customer or staff attrition). They will conduct an independent and broad strategic review of your business and highlight where there may be organisational misalignment and what you should do to fix the problem.

Costs
- Approximate £20k start price. Normal consultant rates apply and immediate availability comes at a premium. Each client will negotiate a suitable rate for the job upon engagement.
- Action planning workshop costs an additional £5,000.
